Guests were treated to an exquisite dining experience prepared by Crystal’s award-winning culinary team. The evening began with a carefully curated amuse bouche—smoked trout on rye toast, enhanced with rosemary, orange marmalade, and pumpkin seed gremolata. Next came a fresh salad of mixed greens, roasted vegetables, and toasted pumpkin seeds, served with a creamy shallot dressing—a light and flavorful prelude to the main course.
